The CILSON cable trunking 100×60 mm in White (RAL 9010) is a large cable trunking made of UV-resistant PVC, 2 m long, with a pre-punched perforated base for screw mounting and a removable lid – produced in Gladbeck, Germany (Made in Germany) and suitable for indoor and outdoor use. It is the all-round size among the large CILSON trunkings: typically used as air-conditioning trunking for multi-split systems and heat-pump connection lines, as a collector run for power and data cables in commercial and industrial buildings, and wherever several thickly insulated lines need to run together with reserve. Pure white (RAL 9010) blends in on white walls, ceilings and light-coloured façades.

Installation

Mark the cable route, screw the base section to the wall or ceiling through the pre-punched holes – no drilling of the trunking required. Then lay in the cables and clip on the lid section by section. The lid can be removed again at any time, so retrofits and changes are possible without dismantling. For the large profiles a fixing spacing of about 40 cm is recommended; cuts to length are easily made with a fine-toothed saw. As an alternative to screws, adhesive mounting with a suitable construction adhesive is possible.
