The CILSON cable trunking 60×60 mm in Black (RAL 9005) is a square cable trunking made of UV-resistant PVC, 2 m long, with a pre-punched perforated base for screw mounting and a removable lid – produced in Gladbeck, Germany (Made in Germany) and suitable for indoor and outdoor use. With its square cross-section it is the most compact of the CILSON air-conditioning trunking sizes: it is typically used to run the insulated refrigerant lines, the condensate hose and the control cable of a split air conditioner together along the façade – and for heavier cable bundles in workshops, garages, basements and commercial premises. Jet black (RAL 9005) is the choice for media walls, TV areas, dark furniture and anthracite or dark façades.

Installation

Mark the cable route, screw the base section to the wall or ceiling through the pre-punched holes – no drilling of the trunking required. Then lay in the cables and clip on the lid section by section. The lid can be removed again at any time, so retrofits and changes are possible without dismantling. For the large profiles a fixing spacing of about 40 cm is recommended; cuts to length are easily made with a fine-toothed saw. As an alternative to screws, adhesive mounting with a suitable construction adhesive is possible.
