The CILSON cable trunking 40×40 mm in Grey (RAL 7035) is a square cable trunking for cable bundles made of UV-resistant PVC, 2 m long, with a pre-punched perforated base for screw mounting and a removable lid – produced in Gladbeck, Germany (Made in Germany) and suitable for indoor and outdoor use. It carries whole cable bundles through offices, workshops and living areas and is the standard for tidy surface-mounted electrical installation in practices, shops and commercial premises. Light grey (RAL 7035) is the classic shade of electrical installations and suits plant rooms, workshops, commercial spaces and grey façades.

Installation

Mark the cable route, screw the base section to the wall or ceiling through the pre-punched holes – no drilling of the trunking required. Then lay in the cables and clip on the lid section by section. The lid can be removed again at any time, so retrofits and changes are possible without dismantling. Cuts to length are easily made with a fine-toothed saw; inside and outside corners are mitre-cut. As an alternative to screws, adhesive mounting with a suitable construction adhesive is possible – or choose the self-adhesive version straight away.
