The CILSON cable trunking 80×60 mm in Grey (RAL 7035) is a large cable trunking made of UV-resistant PVC, 2 m long, with a pre-punched perforated base for screw mounting and a removable lid – produced in Gladbeck, Germany (Made in Germany) and suitable for indoor and outdoor use. It is the most popular air-conditioning trunking size for split systems: insulated refrigerant lines, condensate hose and control cable fit side by side with room to spare for a later extension. It works equally well as a large cable run in workshops, commercial and functional buildings. Installation

Mark the cable route, screw the base section to the wall or ceiling through the pre-punched holes – no drilling of the trunking required. Then lay in the cables and clip on the lid section by section. The lid can be removed again at any time, so retrofits and changes are possible without dismantling. For the large profiles a fixing spacing of about 40 cm is recommended; cuts to length are easily made with a fine-toothed saw. As an alternative to screws, adhesive mounting with a suitable construction adhesive is possible.
