The CILSON cable trunking 60×40 mm in Grey (RAL 7035) is a mid-sized cable trunking made of UV-resistant PVC, 2 m long, with a pre-punched perforated base for screw mounting and a removable lid – produced in Gladbeck, Germany (Made in Germany) and suitable for indoor and outdoor use. It is the typical size when several power, network or aerial cables need to run together on the surface – the feed to a wallbox in the garage, bundled cables in the office or home office, workshop and basement wiring, or cables to outdoor lights along the façade. Installation
Mark the cable route, screw the base section to the wall or ceiling through the pre-punched holes – no drilling of the trunking required. Then lay in the cables and clip on the lid section by section. The lid can be removed again at any time, so retrofits and changes are possible without dismantling. For the large profiles a fixing spacing of about 40 cm is recommended; cuts to length are easily made with a fine-toothed saw. As an alternative to screws, adhesive mounting with a suitable construction adhesive is possible.
